Terms of Service
Last updated 1 October 2026
The short version: we publish and sell things that teach the psychology behind why people buy. What you buy is for you to use, not to resell. If a paid product is not useful, tell us within 30 days and we will refund you. Nothing we sell is a promise that your business will make money.
1. Who you are dealing with
Corporate Surprises is a brand of Distril LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (Entity ID 2022-001181081), registered at 1021 E Lincolnway, Suite 6007, Cheyenne, WY 82001, United States. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean Distril LLC.
Contact us at adam@corporatesurprises.com.
2. Agreeing to these terms
By using our website, joining our email list, messaging us on Instagram or WhatsApp, or buying anything from us, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or buy from us.
You must be at least 18 years old, or old enough to enter a contract where you live, whichever is greater.
3. What we offer
- Free material, including the Intro Edition guide and our weekly email.
- Paid digital products, including The Psychology Playbook and any course, workbook or template we sell.
- The free business audit call, a one to one call. It is free for ten businesses. Its own terms, including recording, how the recording may be used, and the number you agree to send 30 days after the call, are set out on the audit call page, and they apply to the call alongside these terms. Nothing is paid for the call, so section 5 (refunds) does not apply to it.
We may change, add or retire products at any time. If you have already bought something, you keep your access to it under the licence below.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are shown on the checkout page in US dollars and are payable in full at the time of purchase. Payment is handled by Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card details.
You are responsible for any tax that applies where you live, and for any fee your bank or card issuer charges, including foreign exchange charges.
We may change our prices at any time. A price change never affects an order you have already paid for.
5. Refunds
Money-back guarantee. If a paid product is not useful to you, email adam@corporatesurprises.com and we will refund you in full. You do not need to give a reason, and you do not need to return anything, because it is a digital product.
How long you have: 30 days from purchase.
Refunds go back to the card you paid with. Your bank decides how quickly it appears, usually within a week.
If you refund a product, your licence to use it ends and you should delete your copy.
We may decline a refund where we can see the guarantee is being abused, for example repeated buy-and-refund cycles on the same products.
6. What you may do with what you buy
When you buy a digital product from us, we give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it in your own business, for as long as you keep it.
You may:
- read it, print a copy for yourself, and apply it in your own business;
- share the ideas with your own team internally.
You may not:
- resell it, sublicense it, or give it away;
- upload it anywhere others can download it;
- republish it, in whole or in substantial part, as your own work;
- use it to build a competing product that reproduces our material;
- remove any notice of who made it.
7. Our content
Everything we publish, including text, PDFs, images, video, layout and the Corporate Surprises name and marks, belongs to us or is used with permission. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership to you.
Where we describe published research or a company's behaviour, we name the source so you can check it. Those companies and researchers are not connected to us and do not endorse us.
8. What we do not promise
Our material is education, not a guarantee of results. We explain why people behave the way they do and what has worked elsewhere. We do not promise that you will get more customers, more revenue, or any particular outcome. What happens in your business depends on your market, your offer, your execution and plenty we cannot see.
Any figure, case study or example we publish describes what happened in that situation. It is not a projection of what will happen in yours.
We are not lawyers, accountants or financial advisers, and nothing we publish is legal, tax, financial or professional advice. Get proper advice before making a decision that matters.
9. Using the site properly
Please do not attack, scrape at scale, break into, overload or interfere with the site, our forms, or our email systems, and do not use them to send anything unlawful or abusive. We may suspend or block access if you do.
10. Emails and messages
When you give us your email address you are asking us to send you what you requested, and agreeing to receive our weekly email. Every email has an unsubscribe link and you can use it whenever you like.
If you message us on Instagram or WhatsApp, that conversation is also governed by the platform's own terms and policies, which we do not control.
How we handle your information is set out in our Privacy Policy.
11. Other people's sites
We sometimes link to other websites. We do not control them and we are not responsible for what is on them.
12. Ending it
You can stop using the site and unsubscribe at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, particularly the licence rules in section 6. If we end your access for a breach, you are not entitled to a refund.
13. Liability
We provide the site and our products "as is". To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data or lost opportunity, arising from your use of our site or products.
Where we are liable, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. If you are a consumer, you keep the rights your local consumer law gives you, and nothing here takes those away.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, and the courts of Wyoming will have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer somewhere else, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory laws where you live.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when we last did. Your purchase is always governed by the terms that were in place when you bought.
